2. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Ensure all uploaded content is original or properly licensed
  • Refrain from using the platform for spam, misleading promotions, or illegal activity

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All content you upload (text, media, branding) remains your intellectual property
  • TeachX24 grants you a license to use its platform — ownership of the core software remains with us
  • AI-generated output belongs to the account that generated it

We may update or enhance platform features at our discretion.

4. Payments & Subscription

  • Pricing is based on your selected plan (monthly, yearly, or custom)
  • Services commence after payment confirmation
  • Non-payment may result in service interruption or deactivation
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • Payments are overdue or unpaid
  • You upload prohibited or unlawful content
  • The platform is used in violation of our policies

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

6. Data & Privacy

We use secure infrastructure providers (e.g., Firebase, Cloudflare) to manage your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

TeachX24 shall not be held liable for:

  • Losses due to service outages, delays, or downtime
  • Errors in AI-generated content or reports
  • Third-party content or activities conducted via your site or app

You are responsible for managing your content and user interactions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
